Full Stack Developer (Angular + Java) – Institutional Systems

Job Requirments:

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with experience in Angular and Java to work on large-scale institutional platforms, including governance systems, public health applications, and monitoring & evaluation dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Angular (Frontend) and Java/Spring Boot (Backend)
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services
• Work on database design and optimization (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, DevOps)
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security
• Participate in system architecture discussions
• Maintain clean, structured, and well-documented code

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in full stack development
• Strong experience in Angular (v10+)
• Good knowledge of Java, Spring Boot
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
• Basic understanding of cloud environments (Azure/AWS preferred)
• Knowledge of Git/version control

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience in government or enterprise systems
• Knowledge of data visualization or dashboards
• Understanding of security and authentication (JWT, OAuth)
• Experience with DevOps pipelines
