Job Requirments:

We are seeking a Project Manager with 1–2 years of experience in handling government or development sector projects. The role involves managing end-to-end project execution, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of institutional digital systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project lifecycle from planning to deployment
  • Coordinate with government stakeholders, clients, and internal teams
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations
  • Support proposal development and RFP processes
  • Monitor risks, dependencies, and ensure compliance with project requirements
  • Ensure quality delivery aligned with institutional standards

Required Skills

  • 1–2 years of experience in project management (preferably government projects)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in documentation, reporting, and coordination
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Preferred (Good to Have)

  • Experience working on government or donor-funded projects
  • Familiarity with MIS, dashboards, or digital platforms
  • Understanding of public sector workflows
  • Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Trello, or MS Project
