Job Requirments:
We are seeking a Project Manager with 1–2 years of experience in handling government or development sector projects. The role involves managing end-to-end project execution, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of institutional digital systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project lifecycle from planning to deployment
- Coordinate with government stakeholders, clients, and internal teams
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations
- Support proposal development and RFP processes
- Monitor risks, dependencies, and ensure compliance with project requirements
- Ensure quality delivery aligned with institutional standards
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in project management (preferably government projects)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in documentation, reporting, and coordination
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Experience working on government or donor-funded projects
- Familiarity with MIS, dashboards, or digital platforms
- Understanding of public sector workflows
- Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Trello, or MS Project
